Hawthorne Consulting were the economic operator for the provision of strategic planning, financial and legal advice in respect of regeneration matters within the remit of the Department of Communities’ Housing and Urban Regeneration Group.

This project transformed an existing golf club into a Multi- Activity Sports Hub, expanding its facilities to appeal to a wider number of users. The project entailed construction of a new sports hall and changing rooms adjacent the operational clubhouse and refurbishment of the existing clubhouse and driving range, and associated additional car parking and siteworks. One double and one single 3G synthetic pitch were provided, which are suitable for football, rugby and GAA.

This Project was for a major extension to provide new sports halls, refurbishment of existing buildings, 3G synthetic pitches, car parking and associated external works at Crumlin Community Centre

New Build Learning Disability / Multi-Use centre and all associated services installations and external works including minor modification works to existing public carpark

New build community centre including building services installation generally and external works

Full refurbishment of existing spa facilities within existing leisure centre
