At Hawthorne, we applied our expertise in quantity surveying to manage and oversee the refurbishment of the existing clubhouse, as well as the new build of a state-of-the-art sports centre. This comprehensive project also involved the installation of external 4G GAA and soccer pitches, providing top-quality facilities for both sports. Additionally, we were responsible for the upgrade of the existing driving range, ensuring it met modern standards and enhanced user experience.
